Billy was born in Palm Beach County, Florida. He had been modelling from a young age and when he was 9 he decided he wanted to be an actor. His father enrolled him in an acting school, along with his older sister Erin, and Younger brother Eric.
Billy likes classic rock (like Bon Jovi, and Aerosmith), but he also listens to new stuff like Cold Play and The Jonas Brothers. Basically he's into rock. His hobbies have at some point included skateboarding, surfing, and dirkbiking.
His little brother Eric has been in National Commercials for Reebok, Tryx, Saturn, Leapfrog, Playstation 3, and has modelled for Disney. He has also played some roles in his brothers movies.
